We understand that sometimes issues can arise with your order and we want to make the returns and refund process as simple and hassle-free as possible for our customers.
Order Modifications:
Please note that once your order has shipped, you cannot modify or cancel it. However, you can modify the shipping address within 5-10 hours of your purchase. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds:
We offer a 30-day return policy for our customers from the day they receive their item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you would like to request a replacement or refund, please contact us at helpthePuppyDub@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, we guarantee to issue a free replacement or refund. Please contact us at helpthePuppyDub@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs of the item(s) and packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your replacement or refund. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they are in the hands of the carrier.
